Marco di Loreto

Marco arrived in Mallorca in 1986, aged just 25, to co-found what would later become the legendary Tristán restaurant in Puerto Portals. The gastronomic trend of the day was nouvelle cuisine and Marco was a pioneer in bringing it to the island. It is no exaggeration to say that Marco di Loreto's reputation in the island's restaurant industry is formidable.


Marco spent two years in Japan, an experience that inspired the Mar de Nudos concept.
